Appointment Policy

Booking Confirmation

All online appointment requests are subject to confirmation. A member of our team will contact you via phone or message to finalize your time slot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to other patients who may need urgent care.

No-Show Policy

Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to prepay for future consultations or a nominal administrative fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
